A research result is not yet a product. Getting to market takes a business model, funding and first customers. That is what I work on with founding teams, in workshops and in regular sessions.
I have been building companies of my own since 2015. So I get hands-on and work alongside teams at first customer meetings, at trade fairs and with pilot partners.
For prototypes and material tests, my own lab in Leipzig is available.
